2.1. To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

2.5. Each user is entitled to one free QR code upon registration. Multiple accounts created to abuse this offer will be terminated.

3.1. Pricing Model: Our Service operates on a pay-per-use model at ₹1 per QR code for Indian users.

3.2. International Pricing: International users are subject to a minimum purchase of ₹50 due to international processing costs.

3.3. Wallet System: Users purchase credits that are added to their wallet. Each QR code generation deducts from the wallet balance.

3.4. Processing Fees:

• UPI and Net Banking: No additional fees
• Card Payments: 5% processing fee

3.5. Currency Display: International users see prices in their local currency for reference, but all payments are processed in INR.

3.6. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to users.

4.1. QR Code Types: We provide various QR code types including URL, vCard, Text, Email, Phone, SMS, WiFi, Location, App Store, and Social Media QR codes.

4.2. No Expiration: Generated QR codes do not expire and remain functional indefinitely.

4.3. Unlimited Scans: There are no limits on the number of times a QR code can be scanned.

4.4. Analytics: Basic analytics are provided for 30 days from QR code creation.

4.5. Dynamic QR Codes: Some QR codes can be edited after creation without changing the QR code image.

4.6. Customization: Users can customize QR codes with colors, patterns, and logos.

5.1. Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor.

5.2. Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.

5.3. No Refunds: All purchases are final. Credits added to your wallet are non-refundable.

5.4. Failed Transactions: If a payment fails after deduction, contact our support with transaction details.

5.5. Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5.6. Tip Donations: Optional tip donations do not add to your wallet balance and are non-refundable.

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Generate QR codes containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable content
• Create QR codes that link to malware, viruses, or phishing websites
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in fraudulent activities or create multiple accounts to abuse free offers
• Attempt to bypass security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization

7.1. Service Content: All content on our Service, except user-generated content, is owned by or licensed to us.

7.2. User Content: You retain ownership of content you encode in QR codes, but grant us a license to process and store it.

7.3. QR Codes: Generated QR codes are provided for your use. You are responsible for the content encoded within them.

7.4. Trademarks: "One Rupee QR" and our logo are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

8.1. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8.2. We use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and analyze usage patterns.

8.3. QR code data and analytics are stored securely and are accessible only to the account owner.

8.4. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

9.1. Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

9.2. No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9.3. Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9.4. Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.5. Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services, including payment processors.

10.1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10.4. Generated QR codes will continue to function after account termination.

10.5. Unused wallet balance is forfeited upon account termination.

11.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

11.2. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.

11.3. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11.4. Material changes will be notified via email or Service announcement.

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12.2. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.

12.3. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Bangalore, India.

12.4. Each party bears its own costs in arbitration unless otherwise determined.

13.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

13.2. Severability: If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect.

13.3. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

13.4. Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent.

13.5. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
